Project carried out for an important insurance company. Definition of the training targets for the network of agencies, creation of a training package on selling techniques strongly oriented to a new product line, assessment classes, training meetings all over the Italian territory.

MARKETING TRAINING
Project carried out for a leading IT vendor. Evaluation of the carried out activities and of the skills possessed by the marketing management, check up of it being oriented towards short and medium run activities and objectives, of its knowledge of the development of the sector and of the positioning looked for by the company, development of training activity to improve the product manager skills and competencies.
